Common questions

Honest answers.

If something here does not match what the product actually does, that is a bug in this page and we want to hear about it.

Cross-listing

What does cross-listing actually mean here?

You build a listing once, in the app or the Seller's Hub, and Arck publishes it to every marketplace you have connected. Same photos, same measurements, same description, formatted to each platform's own rules rather than pasted in flat.

Which marketplaces are live today?

eBay, Depop, Poshmark and Grailed. Vinted is opt-in from Settings and runs on a deliberately slower schedule. Mercari and Facebook Marketplace are on the roadmap, not shipped.

Why is there a Chrome extension?

Four of the five marketplaces have no usable publishing API, so the extension fills each platform's own form in your browser, signed in as you. eBay publishes through its API and does not need the extension.

How are the AI listings written?

You photograph the item and Arck drafts the title, brand, size, material and condition from the photos, with a price benchmarked against real comparable sales. It is a draft: nothing publishes until you approve it.

Can I list in bulk?

Yes. The Seller's Hub queues approved drafts and publishes them across your connected marketplaces on a daily schedule you set. Publishing is paced on purpose, which is why it is scheduled rather than instant.

When it sells

What happens when something sells?

Arck detects the sale, then delists that item from every other marketplace it is live on, so you are not selling the same jacket twice. You get one notification when the fan-out is done.

How does Arck know something sold?

Through eBay's API for eBay, and through the extension reading your own seller pages on the other platforms while you are signed in. Arck does not read your email and asks for no mail permissions.

How fast is the delist?

Marketplaces with a delist API are typically done in seconds. The extension-driven ones go out on its next run, which needs your browser to be open. Every attempt is recorded, so a failure is visible rather than silent.

What is re-optimization?

Listings go stale. Arck can refresh the ones that have been sitting, so they resurface in each marketplace's feed without you rewriting them by hand.

Account and billing

How does the free trial work?

Thirty days, and no card to start. When the trial ends you subscribe to keep publishing. Your data stays where it is either way.

Is there more than one plan?

No. One plan at $8.90 a month, and every feature is in it. No tiers, no add-ons, no per-listing fees.

Does Arck take a cut of my sales?

No. Each marketplace charges its own published fees, and those are unchanged. The subscription is the only thing Arck charges you.

Can I cancel or pause?

Cancel from Settings whenever you want. Listings already published stay live on the marketplaces; sale detection and automatic delisting stop when the subscription does.

What do you do with my marketplace logins?

Arck never stores marketplace passwords. The tokens that let it publish and delist on your behalf are encrypted at rest, and the extension works inside your own signed-in browser session.

Still deciding? Thirty days, no card.
