Most of the work in this job is not hard, it is just constant. So we optimize for the parts that eat your evening, not the parts that look impressive in a demo. If something can run without you watching it, it should.
Slow where slow is correct.
Publishing is paced to keep your accounts safe, and no amount of impatience makes that the wrong call. We would rather explain the wait than replace it with a restriction you cannot undo.
Failures say what went wrong.
Every publish and delist attempt is recorded with its actual cause, not a shrug. If Arck could not put your listing on Grailed, you should be able to find out why without emailing anyone.
One price, stated plainly.
No tiers, no per-listing fees, and no cut of your sales. The subscription is the whole business model and we would rather it stayed legible.
